“Our organisation began using Logan HR as a dedicated HR resource in March 2020. This followed a period of time where Logan HR provided some ad hoc support for our management team.
Logan HR acts as our in-house Human Resources Department. There are two main parts to this:
1.Regular meetings with our management team to discuss employment matters and initiatives we may be implementing.
2. Advice and involvement with specific employment matters as they arise.
