part of the team

“Network Waitaki has really benefitted from Kate’s experience and flexibility. We’ve called upon Kate to assist us with everything people related – from recruitment through to staff development and improving our overall HR maturity. Kate has slotted into our business well and is more than just a consultant – she’s part of the team, and has really got to know the people and what’s important for our business. consummate professionals

“I have worked with Kate for many years, both in my previous role and my current position. When you are a small organisation without the luxury of an in-house HR resource it is important that you have someone you can go to for good sensible advice.
Kate does just that, in a practical common sense manner. They are consummate professionals able to guide you through the myriad of HR processes from drafting employment agreements, undertaking a structure review or offering adhoc advice.
Kate for many years has always my first point of contact when I have a need for HR advice.”

never experienced a negative outcome!

“MHC has used Logan HR for a number of years, and both I as the Manager, and the owners of the organisation have been extremely impressed by the knowledge, support and level headed advice we have received. HR processes are difficult for all involved, and with help, direction and input from the people at Logan HR, we have never experienced a negative outcome! We highly recommend them.”

found it invaluable

“Our organisation began using Logan HR as a dedicated HR resource in March 2020. This followed a period of time where Logan HR provided some ad hoc support for our management team.
Logan HR acts as our in-house Human Resources Department. There are two main parts to this:
1.Regular meetings with our management team to discuss employment matters and initiatives we may be implementing.
2. Advice and involvement with specific employment matters as they arise.
We take very seriously our responsibility to be a fair and reasonable employer of more than 130 staff. Our management team and I have found it invaluable to have Kate Logan available to discuss issues and to guide our response to employment matters. This has allowed us to respond to issues more quickly and with greater confidence that we are taking appropriate actions that ensure we meet our obligations – both legally and ethically.”
