Kate is the owner of Logan HR Ltd and is a successful senior HR professional with over 25 years experience in large national and global organisations. Kate has worked across a number of sectors and industries including: manufacturing; engineering; professional services, various trades, health and retail and distribution environments.

Kate brings a very pragmatic and commercial approach to her advice based on personal experience.  She is also clear and concise and solutions based.

Claire Hogue – Advisor

Claire is an experienced HR professional with over 10 years’ experience in national and global organisations.

Claire has worked across several industries including mining, engineering, manufacturing and professional services across Australia and New Zealand.

Claire is very solution focused, flexible in her approach and ensures her style aligns with each client’s business.

Charlotte Schorling – Advisor

Charlotte is based in Wanaka and brings over 15 years of People & Culture experience spanning across the FMCG, Tourism, IT, and HR Consulting industries. Her experience covers the full employee lifecycle, ranging from day-to-day HR requirements to delivering projects and initiatives.  

Charlotte thrives on providing best practice, outcomes-focused service excellence, and knows that building trust and strong relationships are key to this, which is what she enjoys most about her role.
